I would highly recommend hiring/working with Pat Papuga if you have the opportunity. Pat is professional, knowledgeable, dedicated and most importantly available to his clients. I know that Pat had other clients and listings, however, he always found time to be available for us and our needs (to speak with or coordinate efforts with the bank, lawyers, other realtors). He always worked around our schedule. Throughout the selling & buying process he listened to us and provide his professional insight based on careful research and experience.
My house was on the market for only 10 days before it sold. The people who put a down payment on our house had their financing fall through very late in the selling process. Pat spoke to their Realtor and suggested not giving up on the deal and then provided her with a list of suggested mortgage companies for her to contact (doubt that her clients even knew this). Their Realtor followed up and eventually their mortgage was approved. He was always in contact with the Realtor of the house we had under deposit to ensure she was aware of the situation. Without Pat's persistence to keep the deal alive it would have fallen apart.
Lastly, I shouldn't offer this ... as you should never expect this from any Realtor. I was moving in late December (Christmas Eve to be exact) and my wife was almost full term with twins. I was having difficulty finding people to help me move and in a real bind. Out of nowhere Pat showed up and helped out with the move.
I had a great experience from beginning to end with Pat. I'm certain you will too!
